Available for homeowners, home builders and property investors in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky neighborhoods, we come in-person to your property and can discuss a wide range of remodeling and decorating ideas to help you get your project off on the right foot--everything from design direction to furniture placement. The scope of a consultation can include any/all of the following:
Paint color selection (interior and/or exterior)
How to budget for your projects and/or approximate renovation costs based on your scope and vision
Finish selection ideas for any room (lighting, tile, hardware, etc.)
Finishing your basement (pros, cons, process, cost-saving measures, layout ideas, best practices)
Getting your home ready to sell for top dollar
Floor plan and layout ideas
Furniture and decor direction: how to maximize the space to fit your needs and style (scale, placement, functionality and sourcing)
Kitchen and bathroom remodels (scope, what to expect, layout options, ideas to fit your budget, finishes)
Where you should spend and where you can save on your home improvement ideas
Curb appeal, exterior updates, general hardscape/deck/patio/fence layouts

*Please note: Consultation pricing includes a 2-hour meeting on site for any location that is within a 30-minute drive of our Pleasant Ridge home office. This typically includes most locations in Oakley, Hyde Park, Pleasant Ridge, Norwood, Madisonville, Mariemont, Amberley, Wyoming, Newport, Covington, Ft. Thomas, downtown Cincinnati, Clifton, Anderson Township, Blue Ash, Kenwood, Terrace Park, Avondale, Bellevue, Madeira, Kennedy Heights, Deer Park, Silverton and more. To compensate for extra driving time, appointment locations that are more than 30 minutes away can be accommodated at a modestly higher price OR a reduced appointment length, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to scheduling. We currently accept Venmo, cash or check upon appointment completion.
