This 1931 Tudor Revival home is ideally located near Pleasant Ridge’s popular business district, park and neighborhood public Montessori elementary school. A towering oak tree fell onto its roof during a windstorm in 2024, rendering the home unlivable. Where most people would see a tear down, we saw the potential to rebuild a home brimming with charm. Our fully-permitted renovation involved removing and completely rebuilding the roof structure and chimney of the home. During the reconstruction process, we will also gave the entire home an aesthetic facelift inside and out. This home will be eligible for a 12-year, $350,000 tax abatement (seller submits application). While we cannot guarantee a tax abatement at the time of listing, we have applied for and received abatement approval on every eligible home we have renovated over the past decade.
